The stories in this website are taken from a memoir by me titled Scenes of Prison - Summoned to Remember and Retell, by James Larsen, Ph.D. The book revisits my experiences during a 35-year career as a caseworker in the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
If you'd like to add a story of your own to this collection, send it to me at [email protected]. Be sure to change names and obscure details so that no-one can recognize themselves in the story. We don't want to embarrass anyone, and we don't want to invite any lawsuits.
